twenty-three years of experience in the Bureau, handling criminal investigations, national
security matters, Federal procurement and contracts, legislation, and personnel actions.
He is an Air Force veteran, a graduate of San Jose State University, and a graduate of the
University of Bridgeport School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association,
the Virginia Bar Association, and the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association.
